About Youth Academy Year 1
Youth Academy Year 1 represents the beginning of the A1 journey. Students build a strong literacy foundation while gradually increasing conversational ability.
There are two intakes for Year 1:

Fall Term (August) Stream B
Students progress through Fall, Winter, New Year, and Spring terms before advancing to the next stage.
Spring Term Learning Goals
During the Spring Term, students will:
Recognize and read hiragana through stories

Expand everyday vocabulary and basic sentence patterns
